I have been reminded lately that I have not posted anything in a while. Things are busy. We got a new phone system today in the office. The Young Adults Retreat is this weekend and I've been preparing for that as well. The theme for camp this year is "The Greatest Show on Earth." We have built a set worthy of great technical opportunities as well as a great way to connect kids and young adults to Christ. Look for pictures and video soon. I am going to camp tonight to film and prepare for the summer. Fun and exciting things to come. Hope to talk soon!

The Resurrection and the Life
Well, it is that time of year. Easter is coming! Each year here at Faith we produce and perform a musical drama called "The Resurrection and the Life." It is a great time! We transform our auditorium in more ways than one and what we get is a great witness tool. You can see last years performance on the Salt Network under Entertainment. So far we've lost some sleep and more loss is to come! Loss of sleep for Christ is always worth it :) Let us know how the play has blessed you and we look forward to seeing you all here starting March 14th!

Passion 2008 - End!
Well it is 4 pm on Sunday and we have all successfully arrived back at Faith in Michigan. After long journeys this morning and an early morning wake up call after virtually no sleep, we are safe and sound at home. Passion 2008 was incredible. We came home challenged. We came home inspired. We came home with a greater love for our creator. Hopefully some can comment on what they saw this weekend and how it impacted their lives. Hope to here from all of you soon!

Passion 2008 - Day 1
We had an awesome night at Passion for the opening session! We worshiped along with Chris Tomlin and Charlie Hall and about 4,000 other college age students! We were then challenged by Louie Giglio on what is most important along with many great practical illustrations. We all had a great evening learning and worshiping. We look forward to tomorrow which will be the biggest day. There are three sessions tomorrow that we are looking forward to.
On a tech note - it was awesome! I've learned a lot already and have been able to see how they do things which has helped a lot. More on this later!

As for tonight - there is a long night for most. Three 15 passenger vans are headed south to Washington DC. I will be joining them in the morning. I hope to have some news then and maybe a few pics of post-stay-up-all-night driving.
Leave a comment! See you soon! Pray for those driving tonight... it will be a long night.

What does Sunday mean to FTT
To a normal working person they do everything they can to be seen, to make themselves known. The are waiting to catch the next big break. They look towards the big meeting on Friday.
This scenerio proves to be somewhat different in our lives. If people don't notice us, then we are doing our job correcly. We are invisible to the normal person. We work during the week but our focus is Sunday. Sunday is game day. We see our people on sunday. We do our thing on Sunday.
Sunday is an awesome day here at Faith. Let us work hard not for ourselves but for our creator, our Lord. We look forward to serving and spreading the good Word through technology. Let's give HIM our best!
